About us
360 Contracting offer sub-contract meat / protein processing capacity to clients who need guaranteed results at a guaranteed price. If you are in the business of processing red meat, poultry or fish, there are a number of options that you can explore; to ensure that you can meet your customers’ demands. Each have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Typically, larger processors tend to run and manage their own processing and production facilities; using a recruitment company or two to top them up with staff, should there be a shortfall here or there. One of our other divisions, 360 Recruitment, can help you in this area.

Here at 360 Contracting we take on the job of running production.
This could be a single line, within a larger processing business, it could be multiple lines, an abattoir, or an entire boning hall.
We are capable of undertaking any size and scale of project.

If you have sub-contracted your processing before, you will know how it works, but if not, there are a range of contracting options.
Typically, we would agree upon a targeted / desired level of throughput, then we would put in place the framework by which we can achieve this and agree the commercials.
Thereafter we take responsibility for processing and you take the product from QA to dispatch. We can include pickers and packers, at additional cost, quoted upon request.
How it works
Example One
A customer wants 500,000 Kg of Beef processing per week. We would devise a solution and agree a price per Kilo.
This model usually includes only the skilled knife processing work, such as butchery, deboning and trimming. We source and engage the workers; we are responsible for fulfilling your production processing needs. We manage and supervise the staff on a day to day basis.
We organise their rota’s / shifts / holidays etc. If somebody leaves, we have to replace them! It takes the day to day problems associated with high volume processing, and places them at our door!
Example Two
A Pork processing client wants a ‘Leg Line’ running, they would like us to process 16,000 legs of pork per week.
We would look at the capacity and capability of the production processing and come up with a solution, for instance, running the line for 8 hours a day at 400 legs per hour would achieve this target.
Once the commercials are in place, it’s over to us!
We determine how many staff to deploy, and what skill(s) we need to achieve the specifications that our clients require.
The important thing for Clients to bear in mind, is that we are the responsible party.
It is our responsibility to meet the pre-agreed production standards and volumes. Your job is to provide the raw material and check that our quality meets the required standards.
